Summary
Operate heavy vehicles for a construction firm in Singapore, ensuring safe transport of materials and compliance with local traffic and safety regulations.
- Operate heavy vehicles safely within construction sites and on public roads.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence with a clean driving record (no demerit points preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of heavy vehicle driving experience in Singapore.
- Good knowledge of Singapore roads, traffic rules, and safety regulations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
- Carry out basic preventive maintenance, including checking engine oil, coolant, tyres, lights, and reporting any defects promptly.
- Deliver materials, equipment, and machinery safely and on schedule.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned duties efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies.
- Be disciplined, responsible, punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
- Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
