We are seeking a dynamic Associate (Offline Presence), Driver Operations to spearhead our efforts in acquiring and retaining large fleet sticker drivers, driving productivity through data-led prioritization, and strengthening Lalamove's on-road brand visibility.

What You'll Do:
1. Acquisition:
(a) Achieve daily and monthly sticker acquisition targets for large fleets (e.g., 12/14/18 Feet Open/Covered Trucks)
(b) Manage both inbound and outbound driver leads for stickers based on their potential and quality of service.
(c) Provide license for newly acquired sticker drivers through currently established process (e.g., collaborating with government bodies, pitching drivers etc.)
2. Retention:
(a) Ensure a high first-month retention rate and continuously improve retention strategies through proper communication and channels.
(b) Ensure accurate and compliant retention processes through appropriate verification and fraud prevention checks.
(c) Provide license for existing sticker drivers through currently established process (e.g., collaborating with government bodies, pitching drivers etc.)
3. Sticker Driver Productivity: Analyze driver activity and demand data to identify high-potential drivers and high-demand areas, then prioritize sticker installation, driver engagement, and activation efforts accordingly.
4. Road Filming: Conduct on-demand road filming to track the presence and frequency of stickered drivers across key areas and evaluate Lalamove’s on-road brand visibility.
What We Seek:
- Comfortable working directly with drivers and handling difficult or challenging conversations.
- Strong data-driven mindset with ability to use driver and demand data to identify opportunities, prioritize drivers, and decide where to focus sticker acquisition and retention efforts.
- Willing to spend time in the field and take ownership of hands-on tasks.
- Comfortable working with appropriate government bodies.
- Good at following up, getting things done, and keeping track of multiple drivers and activities.
- Able to create simple static content for driver communication and engagement.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, with 1 Year of relevant experience in driver/community management, field operations, or a similar role.
- Prior experience working with drivers or driver communities is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (including but not limited to filters, PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and data analysis)
- Experience using CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and activity management;
- Basic Canva or image-editing skills will be a plus.
