Job Requirements:

• Contact and communicate with CDL drivers in the U.S.

Screen candidates and evaluate their qualifications
Present company opportunities and explain compensation packages
Handle objections and negotiate effectively
Update and manage candidate information in CRM systems
Maintain daily activity reports and recruitment pipeline
Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets
