Responsibilities may include:
- Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities – our goal is to foster increased independence, choice and empowerment while assuring that their health and safety needs are being met at all times.
- Administering site training to new hires.
- Assisting with shift coverage as needed.
- Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of his/her life.
- Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Providing personal care assistance.
- Companion care / Caregiving
Requirements for this position include (What You'll Need):

Must be at least 18 years old

High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Motor Vehicle Record must specific requirements including (but not limited to):
- No OVI/DUI's, reckless operations, or speeding violations more than 20 MPH over posted limit
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years or more than 5 points
- Motor Vehicle Record must specific requirements including (but not limited to):
- Reliable vehicle with active insurance
- Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, balance, and assist individuals as needed
