What You'll Do

• Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  
  


• Answer enquiries and provide accurate information.
  
  


• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
  
  


• Deliver an excellent customer experience.
  
  


• Collaborate with your team to ensure high service standards.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Dutch: C2 level (mandatory).
  
  


• English: Advanced level (mandatory).
  
  


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  
  


• Customer-focused attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  
  


• Previous customer service or call centre experience is a plus.
  
  


• Availability to work 100% on-site in Lisbon.
  
  

What We Offer

• Salary: €1,400 gross per month.
  
  


• Language allowance: 150€ per month.
  
  


• Performance bonus: Up to 100€ per month.
