- Support customers in Dutch and English by phone, email and chat
- Resolve enquiries quickly, accurately and professionally
- Deliver an excellent, customer-focused experience
- Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed

What you need
- Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Currently living in Lisbon or the surrounding area
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
