The role bridges business and technology to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs.
- Design and implement modern workplace solutions using Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Define and apply governance and best practices across collaboration tools.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
- Support pre-sales, sales, and delivery teams in solutioning and implementation.
- Evaluate new Microsoft technologies to improve workplace experience.
