Dynamic Desktop Support Technician — 1-Year Contract

A recruitment agency is looking for a Deskside Support Technician Level 1 to provide end-to-end technical support for desktop and laptop systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, managing the lifecycle of desktop devices, and ensuring compliance with IT security policies. The ideal candidate should be familiar with tools like SCCM and Intune, as well as Windows operating systems. This is a B2B/Freelance contract position based in Milan, Italy. Provide end-to-end technical support for desktop and laptop systems. Administer approved software installations and updates. Ensure compliance with security protocols and antivirus monitoring. Experience in end-to-end technical support for desktop and laptop systems. Familiarity with ITIL practices for incident and service request management. Ability to handle IMAC activities and support peripheral devices.
