About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Health Specialist to safeguard the performance and compliance of Amazon Seller Central accounts. This role is responsible for maintaining excellent account health by monitoring key performance metrics, resolving policy violations, managing suspension appeals, and ensuring continuous compliance with Amazon's ever-evolving marketplace policies.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, understands Amazon's account health ecosystem, and can confidently communicate with Amazon Seller Support while preparing compelling Plans of Action (POAs). This position plays a critical role in protecting client accounts and minimizing operational disruptions

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Amazon Seller Central Account Health dashboards daily, tracking key metrics including Order Defect Rate (ODR), Late Shipment Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, and Policy Compliance scores.
  • Identify and resolve account health violations, including policy warnings, listing suppressions, and performance notifications from Amazon.
  • Draft, submit, and manage Plans of Action (POAs) and Appeals in response to account suspensions, ASIN removals, or policy violations.
  • Communicate with Amazon Seller Support through cases to resolve account health issues in a timely manner.
  • Proactively audit listings and account activity to identify potential compliance risks before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with the Listing and Cases teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented across the catalog.
  • Maintain detailed records of all account health issues, actions taken, and outcomes.
  • Stay current with Amazon policy updates and communicate relevant changes to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular account health reports and status updates to account managers and leadership.
  • Educate internal teams on best practices to avoid policy violations.
  • Advanced english proficiency ( C1)
