This is an opportunity for someone who combines strong e-commerce expertise with commercial instinct and a hands-on approach. You will have significant ownership of the company's online business and work closely with colleagues across marketing, brand, creative and commercial functions.
Your focus will be clear: create a strong digital customer experience and turn traffic, data and customer behaviour into profitable growth.
The company operates several established consumer brands and has ambitious plans for further international development. E-commerce and direct-to-consumer are important parts of that journey.

- Manage onsite merchandising, navigation, product presentation and digital content.
- Plan and coordinate product launches, campaigns, promotions and other commercial activities.
- Own the e-commerce calendar and ensure strong execution across relevant functions.
- Use data, customer behaviour and performance insights to identify and implement new growth opportunities.
- Drive CRO initiatives, including testing, UX improvements and ongoing optimization.

- Support further international expansion through localized and commercially relevant online experiences.
You have a strong understanding of what drives a successful e-commerce business and are comfortable taking responsibility for both performance and execution.
You are analytical and data-driven, but you also understand that successful e-commerce is about much more than dashboards and KPIs. You have a good eye for the customer journey, brand experience and commercial opportunities and know how to translate insights into concrete improvements.
You will probably have 4-8 years of experience within e-commerce, digital commerce or online retail, ideally from a consumer-oriented business with a strong brand and an international outlook.
We expect you to have solid hands-on experience with Shopify or a comparable platform and a strong understanding of CRO, UX, merchandising, customer journeys and digital performance.
Experience with analytics, SEO, campaign execution and customer acquisition will also be valuable.
Most importantly, you are proactive, commercially curious and comfortable taking ownership. You enjoy an entrepreneurial environment where decisions can be made quickly and where you have the opportunity to make a visible difference.
You communicate fluently in English. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
The opportunityYou will join an ambitious company where digital commerce is an important part of the future growth agenda.
