E-commerce & Performance Manager
Vilgain makes high-quality food - clean, functional ingredients, no shortcuts, no filler additives.
We're 700+ people across Prague, Brno and London, already selling in 12+ markets across Europe, the UK, the US and beyond.
We're on a mission to change how people think about food, and we're growing fast to do it - expanding internationally and building a company where people have a real say in what we make and how we make it, not just a seat at the table.
Your mission 🎯
We need someone to take full ownership of e-commerce performance across every market: the P&L, the team, and the outcome. You'll lead our in-house PPC team and turn performance marketing into a real growth engine, not a maintenance function.
What will you do?
Own the P&L: manage a monthly budget above 10M CZK, track revenue, margins (GM1–GM4), AOV and CAC, and shift focus from vanity metrics to Contribution Margin and LTV
Lead and mentor our in-house PPC team - set the standards, audit accounts, and step in yourself on the most complex setups or critical launches
Set the full-funnel strategy across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and beyond, and hold the team accountable for results
Own the roadmap for tracking, attribution, and A/B testing on landing pages and ad platforms
Decide where to scale and where to cut across markets (UK, DE, PL, etc.), and shape the hero/tail assortment accordingly
Align with the CRM team on email and retention to maximize repeat purchases, and coordinate the marketing calendar so launches and promotions land in sync across channels
What do we expect from you?
5+ years in e-commerce and performance marketing (agency + in-house is ideal) - you've managed multimillion-budget accounts across multiple markets without burning money
You’ve led a multidisciplinary team and know how to bring together different skill sets to deliver strong results
Deep technical command of Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok, fluency in Contribution Margin, CAC and attribution, and comfort in Excel/Sheets and GA4; advanced English for international work
You take ownership and don't need to be chased to finish things
You make good decisions on your own, without a playbook to follow
You'd rather get it right than just get it done
Your first 3 months
By the end of your first three months, we expect you to have audited our PPC accounts and marketing calendar across markets, identified the biggest levers to move Contribution Margin, and already be executing on the first ones.
What we offer
You'll get real ownership from day one, not just a seat at the table. We're a fast-growing, international company where good work gets seen and good decisions carry weight. We're building something that matters, and you'll feel that from your first week.
Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you.
