E-Commerce Product Manager
Summary
Moon Active is hiring an experienced Product Manager to lead its Web Shop — an e-commerce platform selling exclusive in-game content and loyalty rewards to players of its mobile games. Day to day: owning vision, roadmap and PRDs, defining A/B tests, and partnering with R&D, Design and BI to ship and optimize features at scale.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Web Shop group. Our Web Shop is a strategic e-commerce platform that serves as a premium destination for our players, offering exclusive content and advanced loyalty rewards. We are looking for a professional with a high-ownership mentality who is data-driven, execution-oriented, and thrives in a high-scale, collaborative environment. As a Product Manager, you’ll lead the product lifecycle within our web shop ecosystem and make a direct impact on millions of players worldwide.
Responsibilities
Lead the success and growth of the Web Shop by developing a product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management framework and seek opportunities for key initiatives to improve the customer experience.
Gather and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, UI/UX flows, wireframes, define A/B tests and user stories, prioritize backlogs and handle development/engineering.
Own the success of the feature once it’s released to production by running tests and optimizing performance and business results.
Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Design, BI/BA, etc) to guarantee a smooth and efficient implementation.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C or B2B2C environment.
Adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.
Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills and can clearly convey messages in English (written and verbal).
Excellent collaboration skills and can work effectively with and influence other teammates.
Problem solver and a creative thinker that can provide insightful and innovative solutions to any problem.
Team player, a people person and truly enjoys working with multiple teams.
Advantages
Background in E-commerce or Gaming.
Hands-on experience integrating AI tools to streamline product workflows or enhance user features.
