Te Tūranga – About the role
We're looking for an analytical and detail-focused eCommerce Business Analyst to join our eCommerce team. In this role, you'll own and maintain critical reporting and dashboard solutions, ensuring stakeholders have accurate, timely and actionable insights to support business performance. You'll play a key role in maintaining business-as-usual reporting while continuously improving automation and reporting processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and maintain eCommerce dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Support and maintain automated weekly reporting processes, ensuring critical reporting is delivered accurately and on time.
- Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot Python-based reporting and automation solutions.
- Validate, test and review code before release to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
- Work across multiple data sources and datasets to identify trends, support analysis and deliver meaningful business insights.

You'll be a naturally curious and proactive problem-solver who enjoys working with data and turning complex information into clear business insights. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, you'll combine strong technical capability with excellent attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- 2 to 4 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong hands-on Python experience for reporting, automation and data analysis. This is essential.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience working across multiple datasets and ensuring data quality.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
