Ecosystem Manager

You will identify and evaluate promising Web3 projects, guide them through the sales funnel, and close agreements to onboard them to the chain. You will perform holistic project valuations, support live projects to accelerate growth, and respond quickly to emerging strategic business needs. You will maintain strong relationships with project teams and use CRM tools to track opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Scout and analyze promising Web3 projects
• Nurture projects through the sales funnel
• Close deals and onboard projects to the chain
• Perform holistic project valuations
• Support growth of live projects into star projects
• Respond quickly to new strategic business needs
• Maintain client relationships and track opportunities in CRM

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Web3 industry
• Market research techniques and data analysis
• Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Goal oriented self motivated and results driven
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
