eLearning Designer

We are seeking a talented eLearning Designer to join our creative team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing engaging and interactive eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Storyline 360. As an eLearning Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse audience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and design eLearning courses and modules using Articulate Storyline and other relevant tools. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and create content that is both informative and engaging. - Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, to create graphics and multimedia elements that enhance the learning experience. - Ensure that all eLearning materials are accessible and user-friendly, adhering to best practices in instructional design. - Conduct quality assurance checks on eLearning modules to ensure accuracy and functionality. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in eLearning design and development. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Storyline 360. - Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop. - Experience in graphic design and visual communication. - Knowledge of instructional design principles and eLearning best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
