Electrical Construction Manager

Fohntech Group are looking for an Electrical Construction Manager to join our team in Dublin. In this role you will be managing large-scale projects in the pharma, data centre, and power sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documentation and assess opportunities for value engineering.
  
• Manage project schedules, labour allocation, and weekly progress reporting.
  
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure efficient productivity and quality workmanship.
  
• Ensure quality standards are met, including snagging and final inspections.
  
• Assist in procurement management to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  
• Lead commissioning activities and ensure all systems are tested and handed over.
  

Key Requirements:

• Recognised electrical apprenticeship or trade cert with 5+ years of construction management experience.
  
• Proven track record managing large electrical projects across multiple sectors.
  
• Strong understanding of commercial management, quality assurance, and site safety.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and engage with clients.
