Essentials: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering; 4+ years’ experience in M&E coordination; strong understanding of residential M&E systems; proven experience managing service installations from coordination to commissioning; confident working with public utilities and coordinating site services; full driving licence

Location: South Dublin

Salary: €60,000 - €70,000

Reporting to: Building Services Manager

Our client, a leading residential developer, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their Building Services team. This is a key role responsible for managing the mechanical and electrical services across multiple large-scale residential developments, from design through to installation and final handover.

The Electrical Engineer will work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, design consultants, and utility providers to ensure all MEP systems are delivered on programme and to high quality standards. You will oversee on-site MEP installations, liaise with local authorities and utility companies to manage service connections, and support innovation in energy-efficient systems and best-in-class residential building services.
