Job Responsibilities

• Design LV switchboards, MCCs, distribution boards and electrical control panels according to project requirements.

• Prepare SLD, schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, GA/shop drawings and approval drawings using AutoCAD.

• Review customer specifications and electrical drawings and develop suitable design solutions.

• Prepare BOM, material requirements and electrical component selections.

• Coordinate technical matters with customers, consultants, production and internal teams.

• Support the Production team during panel fabrication and resolve design-related issues.

• Assist with design modifications, technical clarifications and project documentation.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant electrical standards and project requirements.

  
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• Relevant experience in LV switchboard, MCC, distribution board, switchgear or electrical control panel design.

• Able to read and prepare SLD, schematic/wiring drawings and electrical layouts.

• Proficient in AutoCAD.

• Experience with BOM preparation, component selection or panel
