Job Description
Systems Maintenance Services Pte Ltd is looking for an Electrical Project Coordinator to support our electrical maintenance and project work.
This is a hands-on role suitable for someone with electrical/M&E experience who is comfortable dealing with customers, preparing quotations and coordinating workers on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend site visits and understand customers' electrical work requirements.
- Prepare quotations and basic costing for labour, materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with customers on work scope, schedule and project requirements.
- Plan and arrange manpower, materials and tools for jobs.
- Coordinate and supervise electricians/workers at site to ensure work is completed properly and on schedule.
- Prepare and update basic electrical drawings using AutoCAD when required.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager / LEW on technical matters.
- Prepare basic project documents, service reports and completion records.
- Follow projects from site survey and quotation through to completion and handover.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical, M&E, facilities maintenance, construction or related project/site work.
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field preferred.
- Practical understanding of electrical installation and maintenance works.
- Basic AutoCAD skills – able to read and make simple amendments to electrical drawings/layouts.
- Able to communicate with customers and coordinate workers at site.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple jobs.
No driving licence required.
Relevant safety certificates are not required at the point of joining. Training will be provided where necessary.
