Project Coordinator

Job Summary

You will supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical (M&E) implementations at project sites, ensuring safety compliance and effective communication with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to achieve timely project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily M&E implementations at project sites to ensure smooth progress and quality outcomes
  • Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to resolve issues and align project objectives
  • Participate actively in project and site meetings to provide updates and contribute to decision-making
  • Enforce site safety by applying Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) procedures and adhering to industry regulations
  • Manage project tasks to ensure timely implementation and completion
  • Work independently with self-motivation to meet project goals and deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Apply basic knowledge of AutoCAD to support project planning and site coordination
  • Possess a minimum of ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels or NITEC qualification
  • Hold a Class 3 driving license (a plus)

  • Contract duration: 2 years, renewable or convertible to permanent
  • Work schedule: 5-day work week with night shifts involved
  • Work locations: Islandwide
