Project Coordinator
Job Summary
You will supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical (M&E) implementations at project sites, ensuring safety compliance and effective communication with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to achieve timely project completion.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily M&E implementations at project sites to ensure smooth progress and quality outcomes
- Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to resolve issues and align project objectives
- Participate actively in project and site meetings to provide updates and contribute to decision-making
- Enforce site safety by applying Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) procedures and adhering to industry regulations
- Manage project tasks to ensure timely implementation and completion
- Work independently with self-motivation to meet project goals and deadlines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Apply basic knowledge of AutoCAD to support project planning and site coordination
- Possess a minimum of ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels or NITEC qualification
- Hold a Class 3 driving license (a plus)

- Contract duration: 2 years, renewable or convertible to permanent
- Work schedule: 5-day work week with night shifts involved
- Work locations: Islandwide
