Electrical Site Engineer / Project Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Support the execution of electrical and ELV works for building/construction projects
- Interpret electrical and ELV schematic drawings and ensure technical accuracy during project execution
- Coordinate with subcontractors and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth site progress
- Review project specifications and assist with variation orders where required
- Perform engineering calculations, including load and fault calculations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation, testing and commissioning
- Ensure installation works comply with approved shop drawings, method statements, specifications and relevant standards
- Attend site meetings and coordinate on project progress and site matters
- Monitor project progress and support Project, Site and Construction Managers in project management activities
Requirements
- ITE, Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Relevant experience in commercial, industrial or building construction projects will be advantageous
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively with subcontractors, clients and project teams
