KBR is looking for an electrical specialist responsible for providing input for FMEA and RCM studies which requires failure history analysis of field equipment from SAP and FRACAS system. PM plan gap identification, PM task list review and updation, and bill of material updation for all electrical assets. Making SMP and asset strategies for field equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Collect all the required data from field, CMMS/SAP, and document management system.
- PM task list review, development, and updation. Verify the gap on task list from field implementation practices and propose the necessary changes in PM task list.
- Verify the asset details available in CMMS database with field installation from equipment name plate.
- Read and refer to the equipment drawing to provide data for bill of material updation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and maintenance department for spare parts inspection and getting the part details.
- Coordinate with OEM for collecting the required bill of material and other part details.
- Knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
- Good understanding of refinery assets for electrical disciplines.
- Experience in SAP PM/MM module usage.
- Ability to retrieve, read, and understand P&ID, SLD, schematics, GA drawings, cross-section drawings, assembly drawings, and O&M manuals for equipment.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment.
- Data analysis and report writing skills.
- Attention to details.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in verbal and written English.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with sound fundamentals and technical skills on refinery assets is required.
- Minimum 10+ years’ relevant experience in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry.
- Experience in SAP-PM module is a must.
- Experience with refinery or petrochemical asset operations, maintenance, and hand-over activities is a must.
- Should have prepared SMPs or strategies for maintenance of electrical assets.
- Should have hands-on experience on routine maintenance and upkeep of refinery or petrochemical equipment and electrical equipment (motors, transformers, switchgears, etc.).
- Knowledge about reliability studies (FMEA and RCM) will be an added advantage.
