Electrician (Commercial Experience) - Lakeland

About the Role

As an Electrician, you'll perform skilled commercial electrical work while working independently or as part of a crew. You'll install electrical systems, read blueprints, solve field issues, and help deliver quality work that meets the National Electrical Code (NEC), project specifications, and company standards.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems and equipment.
• Read blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings to complete assigned work.
• Install conduit, wire, panels, devices, lighting, and electrical equipment.
• Perform underground work, rough-in, trim-out, equipment installation, and finish work.
• Pull and terminate conductors, including large cable installations and motor control wiring.
• Operate electrical tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Identify and report field issues that impact safety, quality, or production.
• Work closely with Leads, Foremen, Superintendents, and other trades to keep projects moving.
• Help train and support less experienced team members.
• Follow company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
