Electrician Superintendent (Commercial Experience) - Lakeland

About the Role

As a Superintendent, you'll lead commercial electrical construction projects from start to finish. You'll oversee field operations, coordinate crews, materials, and schedules, and work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, inspectors, and other trades to keep projects moving safely, on time, and within budget. While this is primarily a leadership role, you'll be expected to jump in and help with hands-on electrical work when needed.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support Foremen and field crews.
• Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and deliveries.
• Read blueprints, lay out work, and solve field issues.
• Work with Project Managers, General Contractors, inspectors, and other trades to keep projects moving.
• Make sure work meets the National Electrical Code (NEC), project specifications, and company quality standards.
• Promote a safe jobsite by following and enforcing company safety policies.
• Keep daily reports, production updates, and project documentation current.
• Help with hands-on electrical work when needed.
