Electrician I
Key Responsibilities:
-
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems plant-wide

Maintain and update electrical prints and ensure secure copies of all PLC programs are stored in both the electrical shop and main office

Manage inventory and maintain adequate supply of electrical parts
-
Perform mechanical repairs and fabrication as needed
-
Design and create electrical control systems when required

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times
-
Take on additional assignments as needed to support plant operations
Education:
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Post-secondary technical training or equivalent preferred
-
Electrical and PLC training preferred
Experience:
-
Five (5) years of electrical maintenance experience preferred
-
Working knowledge of PLCs strongly desired
-
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC-controlled, and automated manufacturing equipment
Skills:
-
Strong communication skills with internal teams and external customers
-
Ability to learn full plant operations in a reasonable timeframe and follow detailed instructions
-
Excellent attendance and reliability

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Work Schedule:

Projected 50-hour work week
Compensation:
-
Pay range: $27.00–$33.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
