We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join Kaiser Aluminum-Newark!

What you will work on:

• Maintain heavy industrial machinery with a working knowledge of AC-DC motors and controls, combustion, metering, air conditioning, power distribution, electronics process control computers, welding, conduit and schematics.
• Continuous Improvement -- we couldn't do it without your owner's mindset, and all of the acronyms that come with continuous improvement, 5S, RCA and LEAN.
• Safety First -- our values are important to us. Having a "safety first" approach is a key element for success.
• The ability to work a full shift, promptness and availability to work overtime as needed.
• Work and perform according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
