Summary
On-site AV technician installs, maintains, and troubleshoots audiovisual systems, leads installations, and trains users on control systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and system health checks
- Create detailed service reports
- Diagnose and resolve audiovisual system issues on site
- Install equipment mount cable terminate build racks integrate systems commission AV systems
- Lead AV installation projects
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to service technicians
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of control systems
- Provide end user training for AV systems
- Upload download and modify control system programs
