You will lead strategic growth for enterprise accounts across EMEA. You will identify markets and opportunities, direct outbound prospecting, manage account forecasts, engage customers through calls, emails, demos, and negotiations, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers and other sales resources to drive renewals and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth for large EMEA customers
- Develop expertise in the full collaboration-suite offering
- Understand the competitive landscape in the assigned EMEA region
- Direct outbound lead sourcing and identify customer expansion opportunities
- Generate and close pipeline through prospecting, calls, email, demos, negotiations, and marketing activities
- Share market insights with product and marketing teams
- Manage a book of accounts, create forecasts, and close pipeline to achieve quota
- Identify new markets, verticals, and personas
- Complete other assigned duties
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS or software sales experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar
- Experience leading complex sales processes with enterprise-grade customers
- Ability to project-manage complex sales cycles with internal stakeholders
- Experience with team-based selling and strategic-resource orchestration
- Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Fluency in English
- Professional fluency in Dutch
- Ability to work hybrid from the Amsterdam office two days per week
