We Are Hiring – Employment Agency Sales Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Employment Agency Sales Consultant to develop and maintain employer clients, connect employers with suitable workers/candidates, and close recruitment deals.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certificate.
• Must have relevant experience in the Employment Agency / manpower recruitment industry.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WP, S Pass and EP policies and application procedures.
• Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing employer or worker networks will be a strong advantage.
• Able to independently develop clients, source candidates and close deals.
• Attractive commission structure, with a potential 50/50 profit-sharing arrangement for suitable candidates.
