Employment Specialist/JOB COACH

As an Employment Specialist, you'll engage in a spectrum of responsibilities, including job training, coaching, devising and implementing accommodations, and fostering a conducive environment where tasks are performed accurately, efficiently, and autonomously. Central to this role is the cultivation of strong rapport and effective communication with both the employee and the employer, pivotal for sustained success and a mutually enriching relationship at the workplace.

Hourly Rate: $25 + bonus structure
