End-User Computing Solution Architect (f/m/x)
Join a key digital transformation initiative focused on Modern Management within the Supply domain. In this role, you will design and guide EUC architecture centered on Windows 11 environments, managed with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. You will play a crucial role in delivering a secure and optimized end-user experience, working closely with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to define and implement scalable standards across factories and R&D environments.
Your tasks
Designing and guiding EUC architecture for Windows 10/11 environments managed via Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
Defining and enforcing technical standards for EUC and O365 technologies
Evaluating and selecting solutions, configurations, and vendors aligned with architectural requirements
Assessing system interactions and analysing the impact of changes across applications and services
Ensuring the successful deployment and validation of large-scale EUC solutions
Driving service transition and handing over solutions to support teams
Acting as a technical escalation point and providing hands-on expertise when required
Collaborating with stakeholders, internal teams, and partners while clearly communicating technical concepts
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in EUC technical architecture design, evaluation, and analysis
At least 3 years of experience in O365 architecture (M365 Apps, Entra ID, Conditional Access, AD Sync)
Hands-on experience with large-scale deployments of Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, and GPO management
Strong knowledge of software packaging, deployment techniques, and Windows imaging (MDT)
Proficiency in PowerShell and technical troubleshooting
Ability to create and review detailed technical documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across complex environments
Exposure to outsourced or offshore support models
Familiarity with ITIL processes and documentation standards
Understanding of the Supply/R&D landscape and commonly used tooling
Fluency in English is required
Residing in Poland required

Experience working in GxP-regulated environments
