LigaJobs is working exclusively on behalf of one of IRELAND’s leading construction companies to recruit five (5) Senior Engineers.

Client profile:

• International construction specialist’s leader.
• Working with large scale and complex projects.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

The Senior Engineer will take a leading role in the planning, coordination and execution of construction works, providing technical leadership to project teams and supporting the Project Manager in delivering projects successfully.

• Managing engineering and technical aspects of projects.
• Overseeing site engineering teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Coordinating construction activities and ensuring programme milestones are achieved.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Managing quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with project standards.
• Supporting project planning, risk management and client engagement activities.
• Driving health, safety and environmental best practices on site.

Candidates Requirements:

• Significant construction project experience.
• Proven track record in site management, engineering coordination and project delivery.
• Experience managing teams on large-scale construction projects.
• Previous Main Contractor experience.
• Previous project experience in construction/civil engineering, including commercial, residential, healthcare, educational, industrial, pharmaceutical, data centre and mixed-use developments.
• Proficient in the use of GPS, robotic total station and levelling equipment.
• IT skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Microsoft Office tools
• Language skills: Advanced English (mandatory), Advanced Spanish (Desirable)

Work Place:

• Dublin, Ireland. It can change depending on the projects' necessity as it is a construction site based position.
• Brazilians with European citizenship will have preference as they can have the opportunity to work in other european countries besides Ireland.
