SUMMARY:
|
Responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Supervisor in ensuring that all activities in the Food & Beverage Department are performed accurately and efficiently in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and internal control standards. The Food & Beverage Engineer is responsible for providing quality Food & Beverage Department service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner while displaying a high level of customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Performs cleaning and stocking duties according to enterprise specifications.
- Cleans food preparation areas and equipment as required.
- Maintains all areas of the kitchens, storerooms, coolers, and freezers, including floors, walls, cabinetry, shelving, ventilation hoods, drains, and traps.
- Bags and hauls kitchen trash to the dumpster as required.
- Operates and maintains all food service appliances according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- Immediately reports all food service appliance malfunctions or mechanical problems to the Food & Beverage Supervisor.
- Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures, and to TICS (Tribal Internal Control Standards).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
