Job Description
- Establish and maintain quality policies, processes, and procedures for a new start‑up company.
- Integrate quality policies into a structured and sustainable Quality Management System (QMS).
- Plan and conduct risk assessments and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, customer, and internal requirements.
- Develop internal audit scope and criteria, and lead internal audits according to internal, external, and QMS standards.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
- Drive ISO 9001 and IATF 16949certification activities, including documentation, readiness checks, and engagement with stakeholders.
- Lead external audits with regulators, certification bodies, and customers, and manage follow up‑up actions to close quality compliance issues.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA)using tools such as 5 Why and Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams.
- Train, coach, and develop employees on technical competencies (e.g., standards requirements, IATF core tools) to ensure the organization maintains and complies with quality standards.
- Manage APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plan activities to support product and process qualification.
- Establish and manage Change Management procedures, including communication with customers and relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee measuring equipment calibration to ensure proper measurement traceability.
- Collaborate with cross functional‑functional teams to drive continual improvement initiatives.
- Perform other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality management within a semiconductor production environment.
- Certified ISO9001:2015 and IATF 16949 auditor; certification in VDA 6.3 Process Audit is anadded advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IATF core tools, including APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, and Control Plan.
- Analytical and structured, with the ability to design and implement processes and procedures in a fast paced‑paced manufacturing environment; resourceful in proposing effective solutions. \
- Demonstrates strong commitment to quality excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across departments and build positive working relationships
