Engineering Director - AI-Driven Transformation Leader

The AA in the UK is seeking an Engineering Director to build and lead a modern, high‑performing engineering organisation. You will translate strategy into delivery, drive scalable platforms, and foster a secure, resilient technology stack aligned with business priorities.

Reporting to CTO, you will champion innovative practices, shape enterprise engineering capability, and partner with product, data, digital and ops leaders to accelerate transformation across the Chief Technology Office.
