Engineering Manager - Accounts Platform
You will lead a nine-person engineering team through the separation of the financial ledger from the wider Accounts platform. You will define team boundaries, guide the transition, and then lead the Ledger Team. You will set technical direction for performance, availability, consistency, and long-term architecture. You will own reliability practices, including SLOs, observability, and on-call operations. You will partner with product, compliance, and operations stakeholders to deliver accurate, supportable, compliant systems across markets.
