Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will support the Director of Engineering in ensuring the smooth operation of all engineering functions, including hotel systems, plant and equipment, team management, sub-contractors, and maintenance of property structure and assets. As an Engineering Secretary, you’re not just overseeing the daily operations of physical building and systems maintenance and repairs – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and service records.

  • Prepare reports and schedules.

  • Track preventive maintenance documentation.

  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers

  • Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Good command of the English language
• Excellent communication both written and oral.
