Engineers - Roads & Highways
Technical Delivery
- Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and reports in accordance with ME standards.
- Ensure timely submission of deliverables that meet internal and client quality expectations.
- Support technical governance by adhering to approved processes and design protocols.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and technical leads to resolve design challenges.
- Assist Senior Engineers with technical input and coordination across disciplines.
Collaboration & Communication
- Liaise with ME-based teams to ensure alignment of design outputs and project goals.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
Quality & Compliance
- Follow WSP’s Business Management System and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Assurance standards.
- Support audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Team & Development
- Work within a team of engineers and technicians, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Participate in training, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.
Support junior staff and share technical knowledge across the team
Education & Accreditation
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Working towards Chartered Engineer status (e.g., ICE, CIHT) is preferred.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in highway design, preferably within the ME region.
- Familiarity with ME design standards and project delivery practices.
- Experience in using relevant design software and tools.
- Proficiency in using Civil3D and ACC

Additional Requirements
