Your responsibilities:
- Assist business customers with account-related questions.
- Help with advertising tools and platform functionality.
- Resolve customer inquiries via chat, email and phone.
Requirements:
- C1 or higher English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Valid authorisation to work in Portugal is mandatory.
