What you'll do

• Help subscribers with sign-ups, renewals, billing and plan options
• Guide users through exclusive features and AI tools
• Make outbound calls to solve questions faster
• Troubleshoot technical issues and spot recurring problems

What we're looking for

• Fluent English with clear communication
• Interest in social media, apps and AI
• Friendly, patient and solution-oriented
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Open to rotating day shifts, Monday to Sunday
• Based in Lisbon or ready to move
