- Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced ENOVIA Project Manager / Program Manager with strong expertise in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) processes, ENOVIA deployment, and PLM transition projects.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with ENOVIA PLM, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with business stakeholders and IT development teams, and successfully driving PLM implementation and transition initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Manage ENOVIA PLM transition and deployment projects across multiple business units, primarily supporting electrical and industrial product lines.
- 2. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, requirements maturity, and risk mitigation strategies.
- 3. Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements in coordination with stakeholders and IT development teams.
- 4. Drive PLM transition and deployment activities, including testing, demonstrations, training, and implementation.
- 5. Lead PLM and engineering release processes, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
- 6. Manage project schedules, track deliverables, and monitor progress using project management platforms such as ProPM.
- 7. Coordinate training programs and e-learning module development in collaboration with IT teams.
- 8. Drive continuous improvement, task management, risk tracking, and regular project status reporting.
- 9. Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, commitments, and project deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- 10. Ensure effective change management and smooth adoption of ENOVIA PLM solutions across business units.
- Required Skills & Experience
- - 6–10 years of overall professional experience, preferably in project/program management.
- - Hands-on working experience with ENOVIA PLM.
- - Strong understanding of PLM processes, workflows, and engineering release management.
- - Proven experience in PLM transition projects and ENOVIA deployment.
- - Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- - Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT development teams.
- - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- - Technical or developer background combined with project management experience will be an added advantage.
- - Experience in electrical, industrial, or engineering product environments is preferred.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- - Candidates with direct experience managing ENOVIA PLM transition and deployment projects.
- - Candidates with experience in global PLM implementations and change management.
- - Candidates who can join immediately or within 1–2 weeks are preferred.
