Summary

Nagarro is hiring a remote (Poland) Enterprise Architect for its Life Sciences business unit: defining and evolving solution architecture within a SAFe Agile Release Train and supporting presales, RFPs, and customer solution design. Requires 15+ years in IT/solution architecture; life-sciences exposure is a plus.

Key responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership within the ART (Agile Release Train)

  • Define, maintain, and evolve the solution architecture in alignment with business objectives, product requirements, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Owners, System Architects, and development teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in PI Planning, architectural runway definition, backlog refinement, and other SAFe ceremonies.
  • Define and prioritize architectural enablers, technical dependencies, and non-functional requirements.
  • Evaluate architectural trade-offs, identify technical risks, and drive decisions across teams.
  • Support integration across systems, components, and platforms, ensuring interoperability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Business Unit Solution Shaping & Presales

  • Contribute to technical solution design for new business opportunities, RFPs, and customer proposals.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, and Delivery teams to understand customer needs and translate them into compelling technical solutions.
  • Participate in customer workshops, technical presentations, and solution-defense discussions.
  • Support the Business Unit in developing technical capabilities, reference architectures, accelerators, AI capabilities and differentiated service offerings.
  • 15+ years of experience in digital engineering/IT, with a strong background in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership.
  • Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and complex solution architectures, including system integration and enterprise-level solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SAFe/Agile methodologies, preferably with hands-on experience in ART environments and PI Planning.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, assess architectural trade-offs, and drive technical decisions across multiple teams.
  • Experience in presales activities, technical solution design, RFPs, and customer-facing presentations or workshops.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with exposure to AI capabilities, reference architectures, and technical innovation considered a plus.
  • Previous experience within the Life Sciences domain is considered an advantage.
