Enterprise Manager of Information
Raymond West is looking for a dynamic Enterprise Manager of Information to join our team! The Enterprise Manager of Information (Info Manager) serves as Raymond West’s senior program leader responsible for enterprise information management, business intelligence, process digitization, and operational artificial intelligence initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and working in close collaboration with the Information Technology (IT) Department and Lean Management/Continuous Improvement functions, this role provides strategic leadership in leveraging data, technology, automation, and emerging digital capabilities to enhance operational efficiency, support informed decision-making, improve customer experience, and drive overall business performance.
This position is responsible for identifying organizational challenges and opportunities and translating them into scalable, technology-enabled solutions that advance business objectives. The Enterprise Manager of Information ensures that all initiatives are aligned with Raymond West’s Five-Year Strategic Plan, operational priorities, and continuous improvement objectives, while fostering innovation and enterprise-wide adoption of best practices.
The role requires extensive professional expertise and the ability to address highly complex business and operational issues. The incumbent exercises independent judgment, applies innovative thinking to existing processes and solutions, and operates with minimal supervision. As a recognized subject matter expert, the Enterprise Manager of Information provides guidance and consultation to leaders and colleagues across the organization and serves as a key contributor to strategic planning and organizational effectiveness. This position represents an advanced professional level characterized by broad organizational impact, significant autonomy, and sustained technical and strategic expertise.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a Raymond West Business Information Strategy: including the identification of critical business metrics/reporting requirements, establishment of operational data/reporting standards, and facilitation of critical information and business intelligence for operational leaders and executives.
- Serve as the Sales & Operations liaison for enterprise reporting by validating business requirements and ensuring the consistency and integrity of metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and decision-support tools. Partner with the IT Department’s Power BI team to support the intake of Sales & Operations requests by ensuring they are clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and supported by strong business justification, enabling efficient and effective delivery of reporting solutions aligned with operational objectives.
- With the identification of Sales & Operations information management requirements and opportunities, serve as the advocate/integrator for new business applications and software platforms to include the use of artificial intelligence (AI). In close coordination with the IT Department, validate feasibility and develop business cases and return on investment (ROI) analyses for potential solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate with Lean Management/Continuous Improvement activities to support the analysis of Sales & Operations cross-functional workflows with a focus on digitization, information flow, automation, and ready access to critical information and business intelligence for effective decision making.
- Act as a liaison between Sales & Operations and the IT Department by translating operational requirements into technical requirements and advocating for technological investments and projects that align with operational priorities/goals.
- In partnership with the IT Department’s Power BI Team, continuously monitor industry trends in technologies relevant to material handling and intralogistics. Assess opportunities to enhance Raymond West information management and business intelligence through technology, to include AI. In conjunction with the IT Department, make recommendations for the adoption of such technological solutions to executive leadership.

- Experience with leading analytics tools and the ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends, data anomalies, and business insights.
- Experience with database systems and architecture, SaaS platforms, and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), application programming interfaces (API’s), and software system architecture.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience with leading AI models, and AI based software development tools and API capabilities.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and technology investments.
- Ability to lead through influence in cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
- Strong project/program management skills (Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to transform high level objectives into operational improvements.
Education/Experience:
Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position
- Bachelors of degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Travel Requirement:
- 15% (6 hours a week)
- Must be able to be insured by Raymond West.

Pay Range:
- The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $168,000. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location.
Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
