This role will work closely with technical, business, vendor, and executive stakeholders to drive large-scale enterprise initiatives from initial scope through implementation. The environment is fast-moving and requires a Project Manager who can independently establish structure, challenge assumptions, align teams, and keep delivery moving.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Personally lead large, complex enterprise technology projects from scope definition through production deployment.
• Build and actively manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, and critical paths.
• Drive projects through requirements, design, build, integration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, security, business, vendor, and implementation-partner teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and schedule concerns early and drive corrective action before they impact delivery.
• Hold internal and external project resources accountable for commitments and milestones.
• Lead project recovery efforts when schedules, resources, vendors, or technical dependencies fall behind.
• Provide clear, concise communication to executive leadership, steering committees, project teams, and downstream stakeholders.
• Manage RAID logs, project governance, status reporting, decisions, and escalation paths.
• Support enterprise application initiatives involving platforms such as Oracle ERP, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar technologies.
• Contribute to AI, GenAI, intelligent automation, and other emerging technology initiatives where applicable.

Are you an experienced enterprise Project Manager ready to make an impact?

• 10+ years of hands-on Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated success personally managing multiple complex projects end to end.
• Strong experience building and actively managing detailed project plans.
• Proven ability to manage critical paths, dependencies, milestones, resources, risks, and competing priorities.
• Strong full-SDLC experience from planning through testing, deployment, and production stabilization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively upstream to executives and sponsors and downstream to technical and functional teams.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to deliver clear, concise, decision-oriented project updates.
• Proven experience holding teams, vendors, and stakeholders accountable for delivery.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand application, integration, infrastructure, data, and engineering dependencies.
• Experience with enterprise application implementations such as Oracle ERP, Workday, ServiceNow, or comparable platforms.
• Oracle ERP implementation experience is strongly preferred.
• AI, GenAI, automation, or AI-enabled enterprise application experience is a plus.
• Consulting, professional services, or multi-client delivery experience is highly desirable.
• Microsoft Project or comparable enterprise scheduling experience preferred.
• Comfortable working onsite in the Chelmsford MA area 3–4 days per week.
