Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Nordics
You will work with account executives and customer technical contacts to support the sales process and architect tailored voice AI solutions. You will create technical demonstrations, sales enablement resources, self-service tools, and documentation. You will also identify reusable integration patterns and collaborate with product teams to productize them.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives on the technical aspects of the sales process.
- Work with customer and prospective-customer technical contacts to provide tailored support and architect solutions.
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate the product value proposition.
- Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation.
- Identify common integration patterns and features to productize with product teams.
Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
- Experience working directly with customers on technical solutions.
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
- Empathy for customers, sales teams, and product teams.
- Technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
