Enterprise Solutions Engineer
You will help enterprise customers unlock the value of a voice AI platform. You will partner with account executives, advise customer technical contacts, architect integrations, and provide tailored technical support. You will create product demonstrations, sales enablement materials, self-service tools, and documentation. You will identify repeatable integration patterns and collaborate with product teams to turn them into scalable features.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical sales process
- Provide bespoke support and architect solutions for customers and prospective customers
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate product value
- Develop technical enablement resources for sales teams
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customers
- Identify common integration patterns and work with product teams to productize them
Requirements
- Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Technical background in architecting integrations with existing solutions
- Proficiency in Python
- Understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences
