Enterprise Solutions Engineer

You will work with account executives, customers, and prospective customers to design and support tailored technical solutions. You will create product demonstrations, enablement resources, self-service tools, and documentation. You will identify repeatable integration patterns and help productize them with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to improve the technical sales process
• Provide tailored technical support and architect solutions for customers and prospects
• Create technical product demonstrations
• Create technical enablement resources for sales teams
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customers
• Identify common integration patterns and work with product teams to productize them

Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
• Strong technical background in solution integration and architecture
• Proficiency in Python
• Understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences
