Enterprise Solutions Engineer
You will help enterprise customers unlock the value of a voice AI platform by architecting tailored integrations and providing technical support. You will partner with Account Executives during the sales process, deliver technical demonstrations, create enablement materials, build self-service tools and documentation, and identify reusable integration patterns to productize.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical sales process.
- Work with customer and prospective-customer technical contacts to provide tailored support and architect solutions.
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate product value.
- Develop technical enablement resources for sales.
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementations.
- Identify common integration patterns and productize them with product teams.
Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
- Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
- Ability to iterate on solutions and provide tailored customer support.
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
- Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.
- Technical ability to architect integrations with customers' existing solutions.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
