Enterprise Solutions Engineer
You will scale technical solutions for enterprise customers by partnering with Account Executives, supporting technical customer contacts, and architecting tailored integrations. You will deliver technical demonstrations, create sales enablement resources, build self-service tools and documentation, and help productize common integration patterns and features.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical sales process
- Provide tailored technical support and architect solutions for customers and prospects
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate the product value proposition
- Create technical enablement resources for the sales team
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation
- Identify common integration patterns and features to productize with product teams
Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
- Experience working directly with customers on technical problems
- Ability to iterate on solutions and provide tailored support
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled
- Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
- Strong technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions
- Proficiency in Python
- Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
- Preferably based in São Paulo, Brazil
