Enterprise Solutions Engineer
You will work with account executives, customers, and prospective customers to scale technical solutions for enterprise deployments. You will architect integrations, provide tailored technical support, create product demonstrations and sales enablement materials, build self-service tools and documentation, and identify integration patterns that can be productized.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to improve the technical aspects of the sales process.
- Work with customers and prospective customers to provide tailored technical support and architect solutions.
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate the product value proposition.
- Create technical enablement resources for the sales team.
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customers.
- Identify common integration patterns or features to productize and work with product teams to deliver them.
Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
- Experience working directly with customers on technical solutions.
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
- Empathy for customers, sales teams, and product teams.
- Technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
